Special Congress Airfare Purchase Conditions

• As part of our agreement with Turkish Airlines, exclusive discounted flight options are offered to participants of the IFOS2026 Congress. These special fares are subject to the conditions outlined below:

• Discounts apply only to the destination where the congress is held and are valid for designated booking classes. Availability of discounted fares is subject to seat availability in the relevant booking class.

• The offered discounts cannot be combined with codeshare flights, other airlines, or any other special/status-based discounted fares (such as student, child, infant, senior, military, disabled, etc.).

• All tickets are subject to the applicable fare rules of Turkish Airlines, including change, refund, and no-show policies.

• Valid Travel Dates :

• International flights: Valid for travel from 7 days before until 7 days after the event date

• Domestic flights: Valid for travel from 7 days before until 7 days after the event date

• Participants may use their Miles&Smiles membership cards when purchasing discounted tickets. The number of miles earned and the applicable mileage class will be determined in accordance with Turkish Airlines’ Miles&Smiles program rules.
